This gave me a noticeable boost when I felt tired all the time. It helped stabilize my mood and reduce feelings of anxiety. It’s not the answer to everything but it’s worth looking into. I followed the protocol Thomas DeLauer’s gave in his YouTube video.
1. First thing in the morning take 4 oz orange juice (for vitamin C), 1/4 tsp cream of tartar (for potassium), and 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt (for sodium and minerals) 2. Take an adaptogenic herb called Ashwagandha which increases GABA in the brain 3. Take omega 3’s.
